HIKVISION HIK-CONNECT MAKES IT VERY EASY!

Accessing your CCTV in these new generation of CCTV, where everything is almost one click away, is as easy as installing facebook or youtube app. Hikvision is making it easy to everyone, even to those not so techy, to set it up.

To try it, you just need to follow the steps below:

First, search the app on this link using the browser in your phone.

Second, download and install Hik-Connect – for End user. When you receive the pop-up advising that this app can harm your device, click “Okay or Download anyway”. When your phone advises it is not allowed to install from unknown devices, go into “Settings” and select “allow from this source”.

Third, now that the app is installed, open it. A few things will pop up. Select “Allow”, then “Agree”. Select “Philippines” as your region.

Fourth, register an account. You may use your email or cellphone number. Select “Register”, then “Agree” and select “Philippines” again. Enter your email address or cellphone number and select a password. Click “Send Security Code”. Enter the security code you received to your email/cellphone number into the app.

Fifth, contact us thru email: cctvpinoy@gmail.com or text us at 0927-523-5231 with the following message: “I already have a Hik-connect account: email/CP No.. Please share the device.” We will share the device immediately. And for 2 days, you can try accessing the live view and playback 24 Hours. Once we have shared the device to your account, simply refresh and they will appear as a new sharing.
